We ship our products within 48 hours of product being in stock.
We issue only store credit for return products. Credit will be issued for any goods within 5 days from date of invoice. All product returns for credit must be in re-saleable condition.
All DOA products must be received by Innovative Canada within 7 days after the date of invoice.
All DOA and RMA products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion and subject to the conditions of the Manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty will be void if products is found to be damaged by accident,and or misapplication or as a result of service rendered other than by authorized personnel of Innovative Canada.
All products returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice and original packaging materials.
There is a service change of $30.00 for shipping and handling.
There is a 20% restocking charge and back charges of freight on all approved returns.
Innovative Canada is not liable for any software issues related to hardware failure and is subject to a billing fee.
